Aurifil is an Italian company and was established in 1983. It produces superior quality cotton threads for professional and domestic quilters. Up to this point, I have used Aurifil a few times and have been quilt pleased with the quality of the thread. This year, you can expect to see a lot more free motion quilting from me, along with other fun and creative quilts and projects — all showcasing Aurifil threads.
